適合媽咪or小胖嘅運動

生完細路仔,又或者好耐冇做運動,又或者年紀開始大,甚至比較重磅嘅,好多劇烈運動會做得好辛苦,所以好多時都會係做一次兩次就放棄

之前我教跳舞,都係由輕鬆開始。唔使次次做完好似攞咗半條命咁

呢幾年哮喘越嚟越嚴重,變咗好多時跳唔到舞,咁就變咗無運動,越唔做,身體就越會越差!要慢慢tone好自己個身體狀況

我已經開始左五日,只係需要大家5分鐘,應該你哋有時間掛?

瘦身唔一定只關乎減磅,將個線條練firm D,亦係tone body 好方法。

五日後我冇上過磅,不過覺得腹部肌肉有點緊,大腳亦冇咁貼

呢個大家應該聽過,對全新嘅肌肉都好有幫助
正如圖所示,hold 1 分鐘

慢慢可以由1分鐘加到去分半鐘等等

(頭一兩日可能只可以去到40至50秒,唔好迫自己,今日做到40秒,聽日做50)

呢個動作要做得慢,對腳唔好放返落地,同埋打開兩隻腳嗰陣時,可以開得大啲

今晚試。。。

聖誕後我都積極減肥,戎油少糖。盡量隔晚做15分鐘原地跑,而家減左近10磅。。。 但仲有10磅要努力

1)Plank & 2)Pelvic Floor 我都有做開。

1) 我好似做到10分鐘,近排無做,雞肉firm咗

2) 由生完個仔我已開始做,每次hold 10秒做5-10 parts,最主要收緊hips & 裡面
